How do i combine two pictures on photofiltre to create one whole picture?

I need the pictures either side by side, above and below or diagonal from each other.

In photofiltre you can open both images, select one, and copy, then Edit/ paste special, with option to right,left,top, bottom, you could also create new canvas double width, then copy and paste both on to one, it would be better to make new larger canvas for pasting diagonally, once you are done pasting, with selection you can fade paste and transform shape angles, there is also an add on paste into plugin, ..
