1. Yes, I would cut it a little bit, and even possibly get bangs, only if you like them though.
2. I'd get some side swept bangs cut, and maybe dye your hair a little lighter. You could also get some layer from volume and texture.

7. i rekon a very heavy blunt full fringe would look GREAT on you! , and mayb get a little off the length and get i very shaped look with alot of blunt texturised layers? i just think a heavy fringe would look EXCELLENT on you! have a look at katie holmes or rihanna when she had a bob and fringe, kate moss, but hers isnt as heavy. tyra banks fringe is a good example! or you coul.d buy a hair magazine thats dedicated to hair. thats what i did and it had so many different looks it was great

9. i think you sould cut short layers and have a rihanna or posh (victoria beckham) bob style with a very bold champgane panel in the fringe also a heavy side fringe sort of a bit emo make sure the hair dresser thins out you hair
10. I absolutely love the color and in my opinion maybe you should even go darker. You should try getting some REALLY choppy layers in your hair and some bangs that go across the forehead but are still side swept. The whole "scene" look. I guess. I recently got my hair done like that and I LOVE IT. There is soo much to do with it and I think you would really enjoy it. It would look great on you
