What photo editing software can rid of shadows on faces?
A lot of my wedding photos have a lot of shadows in them. What is the best photo editing software to get rid of these?

- I would suggest Photoshop, it has worked the best for me. I'm pretty sure if you go to the Adobe website there are free 30 day trials. Also Adobe is coming out with a new program called Adobe Lightroom. It's works like a darkroom... Only its virtiual. It's free until January while it's in beta testing.
- sure, google's Picasa will do it, it's free and works well, here's the link http://www.sleekbytes.com/search_the_web_with_google.htm if it helps please remember me cheers and thanks for the 2 points!
- Hi, I recommand you to try google picasa. picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera. It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips. It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google Just have a Try. and Download it for free in here: http://www.bernanke.cn/google-picasa/ Good Luck!
- Whoa, that depends on the shadows. If they are opaque (totally black shadow) or nearly opaque, then no photo editing software can do anything about it. If facial features are still visible, you might try Photoshop, with a lot of hardwork. The good news is, there is somebody who offers to do simple editing of your photos for free! Really, I'm not kidding. Check it out here: http://www.freephotoediting.com/ Of course there are some limitations on what photo he can edit and how much work on the photo he can do for free. But it won't hurt to try. Good luck!
