1. There are many different programs you can buy or download for a free trial. Photoshop is the popular one. I personally prefer Coral Paint Shop Pro. There's also Fireworks and ... Paint. Haha, just kidding. As for fixing blemishes and such, you need to recognize all the different tools that are being offered in the program and you need to know how to use them. Hope this helps at all.
