how to sell on ebay?

i would like to start selling my things on ebay, i need help. what do you do first? i have a digital camera but my pc wont ecept it, it said that it did'nt have enough power or something like that. so i figured that i will have to put pictures on a disc.but , how do you get the pictures onto the screen and on ebay?
