  1. If you are selling them on eBay then you are selling the right to use them otherwise why would somebody buy them. You'll have a job stopping the use of them once they have been bought.
  2. you cant sell digital pictures through EBAY...are you crazy....if you do sell some kind of photo oriented product on EBAY!, put a COPYRIGHT OF 'blank' (blank being your business name or some kind of definitive name) and sell it...
  3. ive heard of a website called i think creative commons something well google it see wat comes up and it will give you a little watermark protecting your copyrights
  4. Basically you can't. There is nothing to stop people copying your pictures and selling them as their own. A good piece of advice I read was to print off your pictures and mail them to yourself and do not open them, if someone copies your pictures you can then prove they originate from you by your unopened dated envelope. Ebay is terrible for people copying others works - knitting patterns, bear patterns etc. Good luck!!
  5. Copyright is a pain, and very difficult to regulate, their are sites that specialize in selling digital images. Basically you can't realistically police the usage of your work once you put it on the net. I would suggest you look into specific site that only do images on line. You will get a better market, and they will be more clued up http://www.shutterstock.com/ http://www.shop-com.co.uk
