If your title contains the words that people are actually searching for your page views will increase.

- To successfully sell on eBay you must take a good quality picture of your item. When people are scanning through lists of thousands of potential goods it will be a picture that attracts them. A good and easy site to sell my pictures?

People always tell me they would pay money for my pictures. I want to start selling my pictures online, but I can’t seem to find a good site to do it. I’ve head of a site that sounds something like “Etsy”. I’d like a site that I don’t have to pay to sell my pictures or join. Do you know of any places?

Answer
If people are telling you they would pay money for your pictures then sell them to those people.

There are loads of sites you can sell shots from, it depends on whether you want to sell prints or files or whatever.

Doing a bit of research by using google search will help you.

Can I sell pictures online as stock photos if there are clear faces of people involved in it?

Well, if you got a great picture worthwhile to sell online, such as posting it for sale in crestock, shutterstock, bigstock photo etc. and involves clear faces of people, such as in festivals, parades, concerts and other group or part events. Am I still allowed to sell it without notification to the involved people (clear faces)?

Only with Model release forms. Even if the faces aren’t very clear, most stock sites will require a model release just to be safe if there is even the slightest chance they could be identified.

Faces aren’t the only criteria for model releases. IStockPhoto also requires them if an identifiable feature is seen …. something like a tatoo for example.

Here is the IStockPhoto requirerments:

1 – Do I need a model release if I’m the only one in the picture?

Yes, every valid image on iStockphoto with an identifiable person requires a model release. This includes; the deceased, self-portraits, children (minors), movie stars, political leaders, etc.

In the past we required a model release if there was an identifiable human face in the image. Can i sell pictures of animals in a nature/animal magazine/website?

so i have a few very professional looking pictures that i made of animals, and i was wondering: can i sell them?
and if so, for how much?
They are photographs of animals.

Yes you can.

How much depends a lot of the magazine you sell to. Bigger mags like Nat Geo pay $500 and up even for a one time use of a very small photo.

Many magazines these days do not pay anything because people submit their photos to be published for free.
